I’ve been restoring Pastry carts since they first came out in 2015 and I would say 90% of the carts out there are missing the clear shelf that originally came with the cart. The plastic shelf was not highly sturdy and breaks shortly after purchase. This is why I was delighted to fine someone who with the help of 3D printing has been able to duplicate these shelves with a sturdier plastic.
