- Monitoring the Procurement of all Safety/finishing item like Road Stud, Road Marking, Crash Barrier and Signboard Item from Suppliers.
- Monitoring the MIS of multiple projects for allocation of Fund & Resources.
- Preparing daily Financial Report.
- Checking Sub-Contractors Bills for Reconciliation of materials given to them as per contract.
- Collate daily work progress reports from project manager and accountants.
- Monitoring the running account bills, Escalation bill, Labour cess deduction, royalty deduction and other deduction form in every running account bills.
- Coordinating all project site problems with H.O.
- Optimizing machinery and manpower at site.
- MIS reporting: Daily, Monthly and Annually.
- Preparing project status Report for Directors on a Monthly basis for Board meeting.
- Analyze Project Agreement, documents, government letter for execution.
- Letter drafting to concern Department of civil works i.e. (Chief Engineer, Executive Engineer, and Superintending Engineer of various departments).
- Maintaining all correspondence Data of all projects in proper system.
- Liasioning with N.H.A.I, N.H, R&B Department and other Govt Department.
